Delivery and shipping

In order to ensure that the men’s clothing you purchase can be delivered safely and on time, we have formulated the following shipping policy. Please read it carefully before placing an order:

1. Shipping area
   We currently only support shipping to major cities in China. Please refer to our shipping list for specific city ranges.
2. Processing time
   All orders will be processed within 3 working days after payment is confirmed.
   During special promotions, the processing time may be longer, please be patient.
3. Shipping method
   We offer a variety of shipping methods for you to choose from, including standard express and expedited delivery. The specific shipping method will depend on the size of the order and the destination.
4. Shipping cost
   The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight, size and destination of the order.
   Orders over a certain amount (please refer to the specific amount instructions) can enjoy free shipping service.
5. Order tracking
   Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the order status on our logistics partner website.
6. Delivery time
   Standard delivery: arrives in about 6 working days.
   Expedited delivery: Arrives in about 2 working days.
   International shipping: Depending on the destination, it usually takes 14 working days, depending on customs processing time.
   Delivery time may be delayed due to force majeure factors such as weather, traffic, etc.
7. Damaged and lost goods
   If the package you received is damaged during transportation, or the package is not delivered as expected, please contact our customer service team in time and we will assist you as soon as possible.
8. Delivery instructions
   Please check the appearance of the package upon receipt. If you find any abnormalities, please take a photo and contact our customer service team before signing for it.
   Make sure to provide an accurate delivery address and contact number to avoid unnecessary delays.
9. Return policy
