Return conditions

You can apply for a refund within 30 days of receiving the product. Please ensure that the product is in unused condition and retains the original packaging and tags.

The product must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging.

The returned product must not have any damage, stains or odors.

Return process

If you need to return the product, please contact our customer service team as soon as you decide to return it to obtain a return authorization.

Fill out the return request form and send it back with the returned product.

Ensure the package is safe and it is recommended to use a trackable mailing method so that we can process your return request in time.
Refund processing

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return policy, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
The refund will be returned to your original payment method, and the processing time may vary depending on the payment method.

We will review your refund request within 5 working days after receiving it. If the application is approved, we will process the refund within 6 working days after the review, and the refund will be refunded through the original payment method.

Special Note
Unless there is a quality problem with the product, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
